CJK Builders, Consett have recently completed the renovation of a utility room and the creation of a new en-suite bathroom in a property in Lanchester. The existing utility room was tired and in need of a major revamp and so we altered the main drainage to form a new WC, insulated where necessary, plastered and fit a new utility.
One of the main bedrooms was a large size so we utilised some of this space to form a new en-suite bathroom and insulated where necessary, upgrading the property to two bathrooms.
