In November of last year we completed Phase 1 of an extensive restoration and renovation project in Gosforth, Tyne & Wear. We’re pleased to say that we’ve now completed Phase 2 of this project which is the full completion of the kitchen extension, exterior groundworks and bespoke paving in keeping with the style of the property.
The project involved structural alterations and a sympathetic high-end extension carried out on behalf of repeat clients. The kitchen extension combines the best of contemporary features while remaining sympathetic to the style of the house. A glassed corner floods light into the new kitchen area, and the modern french windows have more than a nod to Art Deco.
Outside, bespoke paving and flowerbeds complements the new extension beautifully and as a finishing touch we added a custom-built brick barbeque area, which creates extra entertaining space which flows from the kitchen – perfect for summer parties yet close enough to the kitchen to make a short dash back indoors if it rains!
We’ve added photographs of the finished work below and have also included a picture of the finished work on our Gallery page, where you can also see other examples of the home extensions and renovations work we’ve carried out recently.
