It’s been a busy few months here at CJK Builders as we’ve been working on several large building projects in Rowlands Gill, Lanchester, Burnhope and Gosforth. The building projects consisted of structural alterations to a property to create a single-storey home extension featuring a contemporary glassed corner with glass-doors to a bespoke paved area and custom-built brick barbeque area, a double detached garage and custom paved parking area, and beautiful full-width brick sunroom with velux windows and bi-fold doors which perfectly matches the existing building.
We’ve added pictures of the completed projects below and will be adding more complete project updates for each property at a later date. As you can see from the pictures, all of the building work completed complements the existing homes perfectly providing light and sunny spaces both indoors and out – perfect for relaxing and entertaining, whatever the weather!
